EACH QUARTER, WE DONATE 10% OF OUR PROCEEDS TO KIDS THAT FALLS WITHIN ONE OF THE THREE PILLARS
Exercise
Regular physical activity is essential for a child's overall well-being. Not only does exercise promote physical health by strengthening muscles and bones, improving cardiovascular health, and reducing the risk of obesity, but it also plays a crucial role in mental and emotional well-being. Physical activity releases endorphins, the body's natural mood boosters, which can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in children. By focusing our funding on organizations that promote exercise for children, we aim to instill healthy habits from a young age, setting them up for a lifetime of physical and mental wellness.
Environment
The environment in which a child grows and develops plays a significant role in their overall well-being. Exposure to nature and green spaces has been linked to improved cognitive function, reduced stress levels, and enhanced emotional resilience in children. Additionally, teaching children about environmental stewardship and sustainability fosters a sense of responsibility and connection to the world around them. By supporting non-profits that focus on environmental education, conservation efforts, and access to green spaces for children, we aim to nurture their connection to nature while promoting a healthier and more sustainable future for all.
Emotional Well-Being
Emotional well-being is a critical component of a child's overall health and development. Children who have strong emotional well-being are better equipped to navigate life's challenges, build positive relationships, and achieve their full potential. By investing in programs that support children's emotional well-being, such as mental health counseling, social-emotional learning initiatives, and trauma-informed care, we aim to provide them with the tools and support they need to thrive. By prioritizing emotional well-being, we can help children develop resilience, self-confidence, and a strong sense of self-worth, laying the foundation for a happy and fulfilling life.
